The Deco BE67 — TP-Link now brands it "Deco 7 Pro BE14000" — is the step-up tier of TP-Link's Wi-Fi 7 mesh, and the upgrade is concentrated in two places: a faster 6 GHz radio and a 10 Gbps port on every unit. If you have multi-gig internet, or you can wire the units together, those ports are the difference between paying for Wi-Fi 7 and actually feeling it.
A three-pack is rated by TP-Link for 8,100 sq ft and 200 devices, and each cylinder carries three Ethernet ports: one 10 Gbps, one 2.5 Gbps, one gigabit. That's a sensible spread for a living-room console cluster or a wired office, though heavy wired households should count ports before buying — three per node fills up fast, and only one of them is the fast one.
The honest technical caveat is the backhaul. There is no dedicated wireless backhaul band; the units talk to each other over the same radios your devices use, smoothed over by MLO and TP-Link's combined wired-plus-wireless scheme. In practice that argues for Ethernet backhaul wherever you can manage it — which, given the 10G ports, is exactly what this system is equipped for. Systems like the Orbi 970 solve backhaul with a reserved band instead, at a much higher price.
Two more things worth knowing. There's no Zigbee, Thread or Matter radio, so unlike Amazon's eero Pro line it won't double as a smart-home hub. And HomeShield's advanced security and fuller parental controls are a paid subscription on top; the free tier covers the basics.
At its roughly $450-700 three-pack pricing it sits in a crowded tier. I'd choose it over the cheaper Deco BE63 specifically for the 10G ports and faster 6 GHz radio — if neither matters to your home, save the difference.
